Our Team Ethos Lift Club is the perfect chance for you to train with group support & programming under the guidance of our coaches.
Progressing over 2x6 weeks blocks & testing your lifts at the end of each, this is perfect for anyone wanting to experience strength training for the first time, take things to the next level of training, and see your lifts jump up every week while working with some like-minded people in the process.
COACH GUIDED TRAINING
All of our memberships include access to coaching feedback when you are training on the gym floor.
